Shipping policy

We ship all items out within 3 Business days.

We ask that you understand that at times postal services can take longer than expected such as the Christmas period, during COVID and seasonal times.

We send all parcels through Australia Post Business within the tier 2 level of either standard to express. Every parcel has tracking so that we can track the location of the parcel.

Express post: Australia post express items will be deliveried in 1-4 days (Please note that due to covid or seasonal times this may vary). Please check Australia post website or you can check your tracking number that will be emailed to you the same day the parcel is checked into the post office.

Standard post: This may take 2-8 days but as a general rule the parcel should be delivered within 4 -5 days.
